Pedro Granadillo
Director
Mr. Granadillo served as Senior Vice President for Eli Lilly and Company ("Lilly") until 2004 when he retired after 34 years of service. He was a member of Lilly's Policy Committee, which was comprised of its top seven executives. As Lilly's top human resources, manufacturing and quality executive, he was responsible for policies affecting a global workforce of more than 45,000 employees, as well as a broad network of manufacturing facilities for its extensive line of products. Mr. Granadillo led initiatives that brought Lilly wide recognition as a progressive employer. He also oversaw more than 20 sites and 13,000 employees involved in the manufacturing of Lilly's conventional "small-molecule" pharmaceuticals and "large-molecule" biotech therapies. Mr. Granadillo serves as a Director of First Indiana Bank, Indianapolis, IN; Haemonetics Corporation of Braintree, MA; Noven Pharmaceuticals, Miami FL; and Purdue University Research Foundation. Mr. Granadillo received his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Alexander M. Haig, Jr.
Director
Since 1984, General Haig has been Chairman and President of Worldwide Associates, Inc., a business advisor to both U.S. and foreign companies in connection with international marketing and venture capital activities. From January 1981 until July 1982, General Haig served as Secretary of State of the United States for the Reagan Administration. From December 1979 until January 1981, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of United Technologies Corporation and is currently a senior consultant to such corporation. From 1974 through 1979, General Haig was the Supreme Allied Commander of NATO and previously was White House Chief of Staff under both the Nixon and Ford Administrations. General Haig was a founding Director of America Online, Inc., and currently serves on the Board of Directors of MGM Mirage, Inc.; Transcutaneous Technologies, Inc.; Tigris Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; and XVionics, Inc. He is the host of a weekly television program, "World Business Review."

Joshua A. Kazam
Secretary and Director
Mr. Kazam, a co-founder of Tigris, currently serves as the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Kazam co-founded Two River Group Holdings, LLC in September 2004.
Prior to that, from September 1999, Mr. Kazam served as a Managing Director of Paramount BioCapital, Inc. He also served as Managing Director of Paramount BioCapital Investments, LLC, where he was responsible for ongoing operations of venture investments. In addition, Mr. Kazam served as the Director of Investment for the Orion Biomedical Fund, a New York based private equity fund focused on biotechnology investments. Mr. Kazam also currently serves as a director of Manhattan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX:MHA), a publicly traded biotechnology company, as well as several privately held companies, including Cortiva Therapy and Velcera Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held veterinary company.
Mr. Kazam graduated with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in management. Mr. Kazam will devote only a portion of his business time to the Company’s business.

Paul A. Mieyal, Ph.D., CFA
Director
Paul A. Mieyal, Ph.D., CFA is a Vice President of Wexford Capital LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor with over $5 billion of assets under management located in Greenwich, CT. Prior to that, he was Vice President in charge of healthcare investments for Wechsler & Co., Inc., a private investment firm and registered broker-dealer. Dr. Mieyal serves as a Director of Danube Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Epiphany Biosciences, Inc., Interventional Spine, Inc. and Microbiogen Pty Ltd. Dr. Mieyal received his Ph.D. in pharmacology from New York Medical College, a B.A. in chemistry and psychology from Case Western Reserve University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Edmundo Muniz, M.D., Ph.D.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Muniz brings over a decade of drug development experience in oncology and infectious disease. Prior to joining Tigris, Dr. Muniz was Vice President for Lilly Research Laboratories Global Oncology Platform at Eli Lilly and Company. At Lilly, Dr. Muniz was responsible for Phase II, III and IV clinical trials for oncology compounds worldwide and for Global Marketing Pre-launch.
Under Dr. Muniz's leadership, Lilly Oncology achieved 9 major oncology submissions worldwide, with 7 of those already having gained approval in the US or Europe. Such projects include Dr. Muniz's extensive involvement in the development of approved oncology therapeutics Alimta® and Gemzar®. Additionally, Dr. Muniz led the launch of Lilly Oncology on Canvas: Expressions of a Woman's Cancer Journey, an international art exhibition that displays works from over 400 cancer survivors, family members, care providers and friends. Prior to joining Eli Lilly, Dr. Muniz completed a residency in Preventive Medicine and a Fellowship in Epidemic Intelligence with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta.

Georg Nebgen, Ph.D.
Director
Dr. Georg Nebgen is a Co-Founder and Managing General Partner of NGN Capital. He joined from MPM Capital where he had previously been Principal at MPM Capital in Boston and Managing Director of MPM Capital GmbH. Prior to this, Dr. Nebgen was with Schering-Plough Corporation, as Managed Care Area Manager for New England. His responsibilities included contracting the reimbursement of Schering-Plough's ethical pharmaceutical products and services with managed care organizations, as well as leading sales pull-through activities of the field forces. Prior to this, Dr. Nebgen had served in Schering-Plough's subsidiary in Switzerland as Business Unit Head, Oncology & Biotech and Business Unit Head, Cardiovascular & CNS. Dr. Nebgen joined Schering-Plough from F. Hoffmann-La Roche, where he led as Technical Project Leader the global research & development team for Invirase/Fortovase its NDA filing, FDA approval, and subsequent product launch in the United States. He obtained his doctorate in Pharmaceutical Technology Sciences from the University of Bonn, Germany and his executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He is the recipient of awards in both science and business. He served as the President of the German-American Business Council in Boston. Dr. Nebgen currently serves on the Board of Directors of Javelin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX: JAV), Santhera Pharmaceuticals AG (SWX: SANN), Artisan Pharma, Inc., and KIKA Medical Inc. He previously served as a Director of Kourion, acquired by Viacell (VIAC), and Omrix (OMRI).

Mark Pruzanski, M.D.
Director
Dr. Pruzanski is a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Dr. Pruzanski is currently the CEO of Intercept Pharmaceuticals, a New York based biotechnology company he founded in 2003 to develop drugs for chronic liver and metabolic diseases. Dr. Pruzanski has over 12 years of experience in life sciences startup management and venture capital, strategy consulting and healthcare policy. He was previously a Venture Partner at Apple Tree Partners (ATP), an early stage life sciences venture capital firm he founded in 1999, where he worked with several portfolio companies to assist them in financing, strategic positioning and operations. Prior to that he was at Oak Investment Partners in Connecticut as an Entrepreneur in Residence with a focus on sourcing technology and startup company origination. Dr. Pruzanski is a Canadian physician who received his M.D. from McMaster University in Ontario, an M.A. degree in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Bologna, Italy and Washington, DC, and a bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.
